Apparently I signed up for the Google Success Kit which I don't remember doing for which I had a charge of £2.16 and being a small amount I never noticed on last months card statement, but today I got my current statement and noticed a payment of £44.38 that I knew nothing about, I contacted my card company and I was led to believe that this was going to be partly refunded, (about half of it), it was then noticed a 2nd payment had been taken just a few days ago which I would not have seen untill next month, I was put through directly to Google (or whoever was dealing with it), they then informed me that the part refund was against the latest payment, I argued that it was for the 1st but they would not have any of it, and flatly refused any refund against that as it was more than 30 days. It stinks, I can't even afford to keep calling the US to try and get it sorted out as previous complainers seem to have been able to do, Success the only one in this that is making a Success out of everyone is Google.
If so far you have managed not to be drawn in by then your lucky but BEWARE.
