I opened an account with them in January while I was working, to stop the stress of the of the dept I had got in while of work through ill health, I have know had to stop work again through ill health (begining of April) I asked for the account to be canceled by phone/by email/ and sent a letter the end of april whitch the claim they have not recieved, on the 08/05 they took £20 from my account and today another £50 I have phoned and told them the money they are taking is my benefit money but all the say is untill they recieve a letter of cancelation thats what they will keep on doing. PLEASE HELP I am 61 years old with Lung desease.
