This is my second complaint agains your company, the 1st time you told me you would reeberse my money wich you have yet to do, and you have now gone back into my bank and took another £65 wch you had no right to do i am now going to take legal action against your company. i want all my money back in full and a appology you have got me bank charges to wich im sending you the bill as this is not on i will be printing this email off and taking this to my solicitors 1st thing tuesday morning i would like a call before then as this is discusting in 63years of age and i have no need for this service that 1st inform me i would be paying 99p a month..
