I am happy with the service delivered. However, because of a strenuous scedule I requested that they should temporarily terminate service. They posted the following message to me: "As requested we have cancelled your Full Membership and you will not be billed by us again. Your Full Membership will expire on 08 February at 10:10:43 and yuo will revert to Basic (free) Membership. All the best, Support." I then went ahead because this was temporarily terminated.
However, on 05-28 they went ahead and subtract R495.
This company now don't want to refund me and say that I should have cancelled my membership on their official site. Nothing of this was said in the message they sent (as can be seen above. They are also not willing to consider any negotiation. After more than a 100 days they subtracted the money without permission from my side. All this correspondence is on their site.
