Sequoia Securities, Ltd. tried to induce me to send them $680 for an "advance fee loan" if $16, 000. The owner, Willem, was very clever--even had references e-mail me. But, the internet says NEVER send any advance fees. He said that the "fee" was for the insurance company. He even called me on the phone, when he no longer heard from me after I called it a "scam" to try an further persuade me of his honesty!
