FDUK have breeched their contract of our mobile phones on many occasions.
firstly not sending first chq out with phones when they arrived as they said they would, but by making us phone them time after time about our redemption vouchers being sent to us so we could pay our bills.
They told me lies every time I phoned saying they would send cheques for the appropriate bills on certain dates and no bills arrived.
I asked to speak to management and that never happened!
My 18 month contract ends on 22nd May and since then I have recieved one 70 which was sent 6 months after when it should.
This company owes me around 900. I have sent them letter by recorded delivery and sought advice from trading standards. Any more advice or information about this company will be greatly recieved.
