We purchased a used Alcatel System 12 switch from this UK broker to sent intact, with all the parts, and cables from the location in Zurich, Switzerland it was removed from. They claimed that all the parts were salvaged properly.
The firm removed the processors, disk drives, optical drives, threw away the cables that went between the racks, and sent one wrong rack, and did not send all of the circuit modules. The pictures of the frames before they were shipped here are very different that what arrived.
They do not return calls or emails. They claim to be "honest and fair".
