On November 10, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board revoked Matthew Bennett Greene's license to practice law. In consenting to the revocation, Mr. Greene acknowledged that he was facing charges in two cases and admitted that the material facts of the charges are true. The cases involved his representations in property investment projects.
This congenital liar will file some kind of a rebuttal. Please accept that an attorney does not lose his license unless he is guilty of serious misconduct. It is better that you have your money than he has your money. You worked for it. He won't.
