Coned Me Into Believen I Was Getting A Good Deal On A Contract Phone..!!

The company phoned my mobile and said that because i was a loyal customer to orange that they would get me a contract phone for 10 a month and they would pay the extra 35. So far i have recieved no money back off them, and they ask you to send two proofs of ID, that was 5 months ago and i still havent recieved my passport back. i have tried phoning them several times and no-one answers the phones, all i get is an answering machine, i dont no what to do so if any one can help please write back. dont be cond into getting one if you want a cntract go through a proper phone company in the high street
