While looking for a flat I run across a very interesting ad on an ad site;it was duly complete with pics of a gorgeous flat and the price was very interesting and convenient (600 Euros). No answers from the enclosed phone number so I sent the advertiser an email asking for more details and asking if I couls see the flat. Here is the email I promplty received:

As you can see I have available the apartment located in Piazza Dei Daini/V.le Monza - Precotto - Bicocca6, MILANO, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, because I moved with my job in United Kingdom / London and I need money to pay the rent here. This is the main reason I want to rent at this price and also to find a good person for my apartment. I can rent you the apt. for max. 3 years because I have a contract here for this period. I 'm the owner of the apt and its like in the pics.
The rent for 1 month is 500 euro including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator). You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I 'm the only person who have the keys but I hope that we will find a compromise. Thinking it was a fast and kinf reply I asked him how could I see the flat if he was having the keys. Here is the reply I promptly received:
