King.com is a company that allows you to participate in "skill" games. I played for a week and won 500 dollars. I was doing very well because I had come from another site, worldwinner.com (which I have had no problems with.)
After the first week of play on only one computer with only one account and not going against -any- of their policies they suspended my account so I could log in but could not play any more games and took my money without ANY kind of contact or notification. What's worse is that they zeroed out my winnings which were over 500 dollars at the time and in my account activities it was listed that I donated all of that money to king.com. I swear to god it said "Donation of xxx.xx to king.com".
Trying to contact the slimebags obviously was ineffective and to make matters worse they have no phone number available. The worse thing is that not only did they steal MY Winnings, but they stole money from everyone who played against me as well. It isn't that they re-distributed the cash because I was doing "too well", they just stole it. Keep in mind they profit about a dollar from every game you play on their system anyway so they took a service fee and then all the winnings and never paid out a dime.
Even if they hadn't taken my winnings they would STILL be making money, the fact that they did is criminal. Unfortunately I am in Canada and a lawsuit for about 500 bucks against a company in another country isn't worth the headache.
I've heard other horror stories very similar to my own, STAY AWAY from king.com they are crooks. Midasplayer.com is the same "service".
