On Oct. 1 I ordered a product from this company. My card was denied and I reordered at a later date. On Oct. 11 I got a comfirmation email with the order number. On Oct. 12 $43.13 was taken from my account by the lab chemical inc.
When I emailed them and asked about my order their response was that my card had been denied. When I emailed them back telling them that the money was taken from my account I got no respose.
On Oct.26 I called the number on their site. That number was wrong as was the fax number. At this point I need to know how to get my money back.
