This mail is a confirmation of the same and inclusive is a soft copy of the Employment Offer document, duly signed by the appropriate authorities of HAL.
You are required to thoroughly read it. This is to ensure that you have absolute understanding of the contents and are convinced you can abide by them. If you are convinced within yourself, then hand fill and sign the Contract Acceptance Form on page five (5) of the document alongside with your Filled UK Visa Form and International Passport copy.
You are to send a scanned copy of the entire document to the Human Resources Manage (Mr Jaclyn Coulter) for notarization, then send another copy to the company's solicitor, to begin the process of acquiring a Employment Insurance Certificate (EIC). Their contact details are contained in page three (3) of the attached document. Note that you are to only send scanned copies and not by post as they would be returned, as a matter of protocol. You would be informed in you are required to send anything by post and specific guidelines on how to do so will be given.
Note that this Certificate is NOT to be got from your present location but from here in the UK and as stated in the attached document, Due to past experiences the Airport has had with international staff that absconded when they got to United Kingdom the Airport Authority now makes it mandatory for every International Staff to submit an Employment Insurance Certificate (EIC) from the British High Court in United Kingdom. This ensures that any staff coming to work with Heathrow Airport will not leave the company on getting to the United Kingdom.
Strict compliance to the directives given above and in the attached document is required of you.
