Two weeks has gone by after ordering some bools with Phaidon.
After 10 days of zero communication, I decide to write the company asking where my order is. A customer service rep Valentina, responds very quickly saying that my post was sent and I as not in although they did not inform me about this. She then states that I should call an expensive 0800 number to find out where the package is and have it re-sent. i replied to her stating that I am not allowed to call 0800 numbers and that could this be dealt with in another way as they have kindly helped themselves to my money and it is ME, the customer who is chasing for my goods!
No reply. Days. Again...
