So I ordered a mortal kombat collectors edition, which was very expensive as well! the item was about £80 and £20 for P&P. I am a fan of MK so i really wanted it for my PS3. I received the item after about 20 days, i received a note from parcel force that we have your parcel and you have to pay £20 to UK border as V.A.T!!! I ordered this from ecrater.co.uk!!! So I told them to return the item! I waited for a month and told the seller about this, and I told the to keep the postage money, and refund the rest! I AM STILL WAITING for a reply! my order was placed on 25th of march!!! So i decided to contact ecrater and complain about the seller! THEY ALSO WONT REPLY! and PayPal does not recognise my reference number! it is not even mentioned in my account!!! I mean what on earth happened to my money man?!?!?! Avoid this website! it should be blocked!
