I would like to complain and tell you to refund the £10 you took from my account, and not to take any more, i have no recollection of entering into any dealings with you, i have been in contact with my bank they have asked me to communicate with you in the first instance . the debit was taken on july 14th from nation wide regards A C URTIS 01142394784
