Took money despite me not completing the online form

So i started filling out the form online antered my credit card details and then saw that it was a 10 day trial and did not procede with the form and pressed X to ghet rid of the page but despite this i have had £14.95 taken from my card this is tantermount to fraud and i have complained to the ombudman
