Stupid process

My mother kindly booked a family portrait.

The process was completely stupid - you had to go through a registration rigmorole online to 'register your experience'

I then had to wait 10 days for a letter to arrive with my options on it... there was one... THE CLICK GROUP

I then had to ring them... they took me through ANOTHER registration process

They could not find a 'Member' studio nearer than nearly 30 miles away

THEY WOULD NOT TELL ME ITS NAME. THEY WOULD NOT LET ME CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY

I HAVE TO SEND THEM PART OF THE ORIGINAL VOUCHER IN THE POST (NOT THE SUPPLIER)

ON RECIEPT... I THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO WAIT A FURTHER 14 DAYS TO GET A DATE WHEN WE CAN GO

THEY WILL TELL ME THIER AVAILABILITY

CLEARLY THE BENEFICIERY IS TOTALLY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PRIORITY LIST HERE _ SOME GIFT!!!
