I have placed order for sony ericsson mokbile phone from them on last week of dec but the order was not dispatched till second week of Jan. I enquire them about the delay and asked for updated dispatch date. But they did not gave me any date so I cancelled the order which they accepted. Now I am waiting for refund since last 2 weeks. Everytime I email them it is responded by differenct customer service executive. Finally I email a Mr. ming and Vanessa Carroll. The later responded by saying he will organize a prompt refund and upon completion, a refund confirmation email will be sent to me which I can expected within 24-48 hours. I did receive an email on Thursday saying a refund has been initiated to your account but the money is yet to appear in my account. Given the company's reputation and their dealing with me I can't relax till money is deposited back in my account.
