This company debited £51.53 ($79.90) from my account without authorisation. Had the stomach sinking feeling once I realised I am one of many victims of this internet scam!!
I have tried calling the company but no-one ever seems to answer, so I called my bank (Lloyds) and had to register a debit dispute - they seemed aware and said I would hopefully be refunded - they have also put a stop on this compacy debiting any further payments - so at least I didn't have to cancel my card - tho reading another story it seems they still managed to debit even after the card was cancelled/reported stolen so I am still worried and will be calling my bank again tomorrow to see what they suggest!!
Good luck to all those others out there still trying to get their money back - comiserations to those who didn't, it sucks - I'm just keeping my fingers crossed!! lesson learned!
