Considering that several complaints have been raised since June and presumably trading standards etc have been notified, I am surprised that this website hasd not been closed down before now - it certainly would have prevented me from losing £50 in December.
Like others posting here, I ordered an item which was shown as being in stock, my credit card was debited immediately, but the item never arrived. Their phone number doesn't work, the address shown on the website is not the same as the company registered address. I have emailed several times and have been told that I would be getting a refund, but nothing happened. Now they don't reply to my emails any more.
