This so called company advertise in the Daily Mirror and on the Internet. They are offering work from home opportunities processing envelopes and mailing letters. They say they will pay you £2 for every envelope you process and that you can do as many or as few as you wish. The more you do the more you earn. They ask for a £25 fee to show your commitment which will be returned after you process the first 100 envelopes. They also offer a 90 day money back guarantee, if you don't earn any money, or your just not happy with the work then you can get your money back.
It really sounded good, just what I'm looking for to pay off some bad debts, so I sent off my cheque for £25 and waited for the envelopes. My cheque was cashed on 31st March and guess what? I haven't heard a single thing from them.
I realise now that I have been scammed out of £25 that I just cannot afford and desperately need to help pay my bills.
Is there nothing that can be done to stop these Predators from preying on other peoples misery?
