I was scammed by these people and ended up with two extra charges of £39.95. However I have already been promised a refund of one charge by their agent Marketbill.com, and am pressing for the other.
It's not clear what the relationship between Marketbill.com and scammers such as fastdownloadzone.com may be, but they are at least accessible and fairly businesslike. The best approach seems to be
1. Call one of the support numbers on http://www.marketbill.com/contact.aspx
2. Be calm and polite but make it quite clear that you think you've been scammed.
3. Get a definite statement about whether they will eg cancel the sub, offer a refund.
4. Note the name and number of the agent and any other reference numbers they give out.
5. Go back to to the contact page and submit a 'ticket' with full notes of your conversation.
6. Keep on doing this until you can see the response you want recorded on their site (they seem to have a rule about not sending out meaningful e-mails).
