This was a site that was supposed to send me information on internet sale and marketing and how to make money on line. They were authorised to take out 99p on my visa card but have taken a further amount of £53.64 unauthorised under the name XM health and beauty - who I had never heard of. I have spoken to my visa card people and they will not refund the money and I have to raise a dispute as they say that it will be in the small print somewhere that another amount will be taken, closing my account with them will not stop further unauthorised amounts either unless I can prove I have not authorised them. Googleprofithouse promised to send me information in the post which I have never received and the phone number on the email 1-800-440-4397 does not work. I am now out of pocket and unable to stop any further transactions unless my visa company believe that I have not authorised them!
