PAID BUT NOT RECEIVED

On the 10/11/10 I placed an order for a small item with PRICEMINISTER.

To this day (04/01) I still haven't received the item although the purchase amount has been already taken from my credit card.

During this time I filled two claims with PRICEMINISTER explaining the situation. Both of them were refused on the grounds of "the item left hong kong for its destination".

And finally, on the 02/01, PRICEMINISTER decided to consider the item as received because (and this is the best bit): "In agreement with PriceMinister's Terms & Conditions, with no receipt acknowledgement from you within the 6 weeks following the purchase or ongoing claim, the item has been considered as received and the seller has been paid."

How can I possibly acknowledge receipt If I still haven't received the item to this day?

I have asked for a full refund with no avail.

This is clearly a fraud.

My advise: avoid PRICEMINISTER like the plague.
