I ordered an item on 10th June from www.m99.co.uk at a cost of £69.99 and paid for this with my Visa Debit card. they e mailed me with a receipt confirming this amount. Upon checking my bank balance it appears they have taken over £114 for this item without my authorisation. I have informed my bank of this and they are investigating after trying several times to contact them. I no longer want this item from them due to your their actions and have asked that they refund the money back into my account immediately to avoid further action involving the police being taken. The form submitted did not send and they would not answer their phone
