I have tried to purchase credits for Bingoblitz from my mobile phone, the money has been deducted from my balance but i have not been able to collect my credits as it did not send me a text message to reply with the letter Y to confirm my purchase which i usually receive. I would be very grateful if this problem could be resolved as soon as possible or if I could have my money re-embursed. Thankyou very much. yours hopefully, Margaret McAuley
