Taken money but no products

I purchased a products from this website (WoW Gold) paid the money, had the money taken from my account but then they failed to deliver the goods. And now I can not contact them at all.

All emails are being ignored, and they will not respond to my live chat questions as soon as they know its me.

I want something to be done about this because I think it is a joke.
