Canceling membership

Hello.

I some how subscribed to a website, not even sure which one, and am now having trouble canceling it. I was told that I should contact you and you would be able to help me cancle it. I can give the information as stated on my credit card bill if it would help?

On my statement it just says: Prize-Help.com 302-295-3613.
