I had problems with my diaup connection with AOL from start of february and i spoke to one of your colleague regarding this and i was promised that it would be set right in 1 weeks time but after 2 weeks when when it wasn't sorted, i called up again to cancel the connection and henceforth i canceled my connection for dial up. I moved to a different address and then to my surprise i received a letter after 3months that i am overdue for bills for last 2 months and then i called up your customer service regarding this letter and he was very unhelpful and said it is not in his hand and that i need to pay the overdue bills, which i think is completely inappropriate as i had informed you that i don't need your service any more.

I would like this case to be put up and appropriate action to be taken. I look forwards to receive your reply in my email id.
