I signed up for a 3-day trial of video downloads but was unable to access anything. I tried to cancel but was unable to. I recently received my account statement which showed Client-Aid (aka Sun Classic Media) had not only taken out one fee per month, but two lots of the $40 monthly subscription fee on the same day in December '08 and again in January '09. I'm out of pocket for AUD $240 (taking into account currency exchange rates and currency conversion fees on my account). They will not reply to emails nor is their phone number operative. I have had to close my bank account and file a complaint for fraudulent transactions with my bank.
