Article sent in wrong size and returned, no refund.
VAT promised to deduct because shipment outside EU, not refunded.

Single shipment but separate shipment charges, no refund.
Total loss 120 GBP never refunded (5 months overdue as per NOV).

Credit card company informed, credit card company compensated.

Extensive communication and bills on file.

Printing of my shirts (Adidas Spain) was not official, despite official printing was offered and charged. Found out only today. Total loss 160 GBP. Hopefully will also get refund from credit card company.
