, Did not send Registration Key as promised England

I have the software for AVS Video Tools but can't use it until I get a Registration Key. I bought that Key online and was told via an email that I would get the Key within 24 hours.

It has now been 5 days. I've sent 4 emails and have gotten no response.

I found several complaints on the Internet re: this company. One was on your site complaint. Following that complaint, there was a Retraction = the company finally satisfied the customer. In that reatraction, it said if one has any complaints about this company to send them to:

Attn: Olga Golubeva.

That's what I'm doing now. I surely hope you can help.

I don't understand why they can't give at least the courtesy of a Reply. After all, they have my money ($42.91) = I want/am entitled to that Registration Key. How difficult a task can that be?

AVS Media = Very bad Customer Relations.
