Purchased CD and after one month still have not received Serial No. or Registration info - no response from company W1G 9QR

I purchased software from AVS Media on 9/25. I received the CD in the mail but never received the serial number or any registration information to register the product. After paying $52.45 and repeated attempts to contact this commpany via email (no phone or support provided) nearly a month has gone by with no response from this company whatsoever. DO NOT order software from this company.
