I paid for a dress from this company in MARCH. I was told the dress would be shipped no later than May 17th. The dress was not shipped until I complained for the second time, but they had no problems charging me right after I ordered it.
They did NOT give me the option of getting a refund and didn't respond until I threatened the Better Business Bureau and The complaint.
Unless you're in London, I wouldn't do any online business with this company. They have no idea how to interact with customers, although they do know how to take their money!
