Ripoff - didn't deliver my order even though i paid with my credit card Norfolk

I made order which contained items worth of 180.72 GBP (Including shipping cost) Sunday 18 May and payd it same day with my credit card via WorldPay.
I havent receive any goods/ items and they haven't respond to my e-mails (I have send 3 of them allready).
