Ripoff - didn't deliver my order even though i paid with my credit card

I made an online order from their website for a spray. I paid with my credit card but they didn't send me anything. I sent them e-mails asking about my order. No answer. I used their contact form in the their site to ask them. No answer again...
A class rip-off business... I lost 54 euros... What a scam...
