They keep locking my account because someone keeps doing a password recovery for my account. I have emailed them several times and done several locked recoveries with the right infomation and they still won, t unlock it. I paid for 2 months membership and so far haven't been able to play for 15 days of this and have been told i won't get refunded either. Everytime i email them and explain who this person is that is hacking my account etc, i just get told do a locked account recovery. Its ridiculous, they don't seem to want to listen to anything i have to say. The are happy to take my money but not happy to listen when i try and email. I am very annoyed and customer service to be honest is a load of rubbish. This happens to alot of people and i think it is about time jagex listened to its members for once instead of fobbing them off all the time!!!
