I have had big problems with Vista not having up to date drivers and succumbed to the Symplisit claim that there software would keep my machine updated without too much fuss.
Paid my money and got nothing in return. The analysis report is nonsense, the same drivers come up again and again, even though they are supposed to have been updated. The Xpert help simply does not work.
The support on the website gets you nowhere, I have tried many times to find out if I am doing somthing wrong but just get no response. Therefore I suspect I am doing everything right, just the software and the company behind it are fraudsters.
Next time I will ensure I google the company before parting with my hard earned.
