Placed order never arrived Generated emails came Reshipments were placed twice Cannot get response Ripoff

I placed an order three months ago which never came, two reshipments were placed also never came. I keep receiving generated emails not specific to my order. I have emailed, called and tryed a live chat feature with no positive response. I feel ripped off
