Having fallen into the low-price trap set by this company I am now deeply regretting it. I have no access to my files stored on their servers due to a server change, of which I was never notified and only found out about while trying to upload files, and have been unsuccessful in getting any response after several e-mails to their support and managerial staff.
After having agreed to a four year commitment with this company, I was disappointed within the first month due to the slow response from the support staff to general questions. They proved themselves to be even more incompetent when they did manage to write a reply by explaining in broken English that they had no idea why the services which they were supposed to be supplying to me did not work.
After having searched to find the answers which the inept support staff could not support me with, I was able to keep the provided but totally unsupported PHP pages running. The real problem did not show up until two weeks ago.
While trying to upload updated pages I found that the server was not located at the usual address. I wrote to the company three times before receiving a reply. This single reply told me that they had indeed switched my server and gave me a new address. I went to that address and was greeted with a page telling me that nothing had been configured for that page. So I sent another e-mail.
I was still cordial at this point thinking that they had made a simple mistake in the address. But having written several more e-mails during the past week, and having not even received a reply to one of them, I am left wondering what to do. I am still not able to access my files, although the old pages are still up, and there is no phone number listed on their site.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem with either z555 hosting solutions or Internet and Software Services Limited? If so I would like to hear from you. Thanks!
