UK Web Hosting are a joke. I bought 12 months worth of hosting from them just two months ago. During that time my website and mail server has been up and accessible for no more than three weeks.
The company operates a Live Chat support service. Another farce. It is staffed by complete morons with the manners of a pig and no knowledge of what it is they are supposed to be providing.
Check it out, try talking to them on their Live Chat service. If they even accept your call it is something of a miracle. They are complete con artists.
I have persistantly made reports through their Ticket Support service - they don't reply.
The moral of this company is, if it sounds too cheap, it probably is. Don't make the same mistake I did.
