Ripoff

I ordered a digital camera from this website that was supposed to be sent on the 5th of May and I have not received anything yet. I have sent various emails and left a voice message for them to explain what is happening but have not gotten any reply. Their website seems to be not working anymore and I think I have been ripped off. They asked for payment by Western Union money transfer and I think I am not going to see the money any more. If there is anyone out there trying to buy something from this website or from a Mr. Lino Monteiro, don't. Can anyone tell me if I can recover this money by legal means or any other means. Thanks
