The UK address registered to the sites and on the complaints boards is of no use, and will lead only to further frustration! It is there to do nothing more than satisfy legislative requirements, contacting this address will do nothing to aid your claim!
This address has been used to keep myself anonimous, however is promise not bogus!!!
In order to assist I need the following information:
Username
Order Number if Given
Date order placed
Details of debits made to your account
Name and Surname
Last 4 digits of card used to place order (not other details required and I assure you nothing can be done using only the last 4 digits of the card!)
Any other 'supporting information' for your claim - the more information I have the better able I am able to assist you with your claim!
