Missing delivery and service

Hi All

I just want to warn you against the methods that the website www.art4all.eu is using. First of all they promis a lot of things, but never keeps.

They are selling oil paintings via the web. I have bought 2 paintings from them but never seen them until now. I ordered them back on the 4th of november, and the promised up to 21 days delivering time, as I should use them for christmas presents. So uptill now it has taken them almost 50 days to deliver my paintings. I have tried to call them, but you are not able to get hold of their customer service at all, and no number is listed on their website.

So I have tried multiple times to send an email to them, but it takes them around 3-6 days and severale followup emails to get them to respond. I have tried to get them to give a refund, but those emails are not responed.

Further more I have had uptil now 3 delivery dates, but none of them has been done, and I can't get a new delivery time.

Very bad service or almost none. I think i have wrote around 30 emails to them and only received responds on 4 or so.

Never use them and spread the word, from a not happy customer trying to get a refund or paintings
