Poor delivery performance

I placed an order online with their website for a relatively low cost item which they said was in stock.

They took my bank card details and the money was taken out of my account the same day. Its now over 3 weeks since I placed the order, no reponse to my emails and was told last week on the phone that my order would be with me that week (Thursday or Frida). Still no sign or my order, so called yet again, have been told that its been shipped. I requested my money back but was told that I had to refuse the delivery and go back through their returns procedure.

2hrs after my phone call I get an email notification that my order has been dispatched. Which to me says that I have been lied to, as it hasn't shipped. I'm still waiting delivery!

I would never use this company again. Also after searching online for other such complaints, I've found someone else had virtually the same experience.
