I participated in a free trial to get some vtamins online that would cost me about 7 GBP in august. I didn't receive anything until mid october and I then called several times to have my money refunded and order cancelled as I realised on the nvoices I receved that because I hadn't receved the free tiral I ahd been put straight onto themembership and charged full price. I have now called 3 times to the UK to cancel my order. they email back wth a response that it it tough luck I didn't receive the products and have had $500 Dollars taken out of my credit card. I want this investigated, because this is clearly a case of fraud and theft. I am stuck in Australia wth very little ability to go the workplace/offices of this company but have the iron will to do what I have to get my $500 back.
