NON RECEIPT OF GOODS

I bought a cimac T-Sport 6ft Fitness Bag from this company and paid for 3 day delivery. 2 months later they still have my £200.00 and I have no goods. I am currently claiming the money back with my credit card company. I have tried to call the retailer but their phone number is invalid and they do not return emails, although they returned all emails when I made sales enquiries about the product. Disgraceful.
