I diclined living lean but wu yi must have passeds on my card details Wakefield

I did order the tea but when living lean asked if i wanted ther suport i diclined yet they are taking money from my bank i can not contact them the phone number they gave me will not work i can not get on ther web page i do not have an account with them! i dont know what to do!
