I placed an order with this Co. and my account was charged on 5-4-07, by 6-4-07 I still haven't recieved the shipment, the operator online Steve kept putting me off saying it will arrive in a couple of day's, after awhile he just ignored me, and gave me a fake e-mail to request my refund. My e-mails were sent back to me with the delivery error of: dd This user does not have a yahoo.com account. So I proceeded to find the e-mail address of a John Smith on the web site and sent an e-mail explaining what had happened, and I wanted a refund, and I was prepared to to take legal action, he sent back saying he would refund but hasn't yet.
Their web site say's clearly if you do not recieve the product in 18 buisness day's they will gladly give a full refund, I have not recieved it yet, but I have notified my Bank they are looking into it, also I contacted the Better Buisness Bureau, and they have an unsatisfactory standing with them, I have contacted the Federal Trade Commison also. Hopefully these criminals can be stopped, what goes around comes around, and hopefully they will soon find this out.
